Hello Session Chairs!

The first table is where you can view your presenters’ bios and presentation decks. The second table will give you all the information that they submitted with their abstracts. Between the two tables is screenshot between them shows their order in my system at this point — please (re)-order them as you best see fit. I

There are two pieces of information that I’d love for you to confirm with your lead presenter: 1) is their status the same on having or not having co-presenter(s)? and 2) do they need client approval (by this time, they should have secured it)?

By April 22 I would like for you to send me (julie@sercal.org) 1) the order of speakers and 2) if they’ve communicated to you a change in speakers or if they need to make (minor) changes to their abstract. Attendees absolutely go ga-ga for programs that reflect reality. Who woulda thunk? ;-)

HOW TO VIEW THE TABLES:

You can filter (menu across top left) by “session chair” to just see your presenters. At the bottom right are two arrows with “view larger version” which can be helpful if you need, well, a bigger working space.
