Hello Session Chairs!
The first table is where you can view your presenters’ bios and presentation decks. The second table will give you all the information that they submitted with their abstracts.
You can filter (menu across top left) by “session chair” to just see your presenters. At the bottom right are two arrows with “view larger version” which can be helpful if you need, well, a bigger working space.
There are two pieces of information that I’d love for you to confirm with your lead presenter: 1) is their status the same on having or not having co-presenter(s), and 2) do they need client approval (by this time, they should have secured it).
If they need to make changes to their abstract, have them reach out to me by April 22 if they want their changes reflected in the printed program. We are maxed out on attendees.
