there are a limited number of slots — Submit your abstract no later than january 15 if you want to present in an oral session 

Abstracts not chosen for oral presentation will have the opportunity to present a poster.

Our goal is to make registration affordable for those who could not otherwise afford to attend. Please contact julie@sercal.org if you would like to contribute towards this goal.

Early Bird discounts will be available through mid-February (date TBA). If your participation depends on a reduced or waived registration fees, OR travel or lodging help, please indicate so when you send in your abstract. We’ll announce the window in December for submitting Stipend applications.
